Quantum Leadership Experience
Day 1 – 27th Oct: Arrival & Sharing Intent
Puerto Natales
- Arrival at Puerto Natales airport and transfer to Costa Australis hotel.
- Afternoon: Explore the reforestation program — witness nature's remarkable capacity for regeneration and renewal through CONAF's lenga restoration initiative .
- Evening: Welcome dinner and conversations.
Day 2 – 28th Oct: Quantum Leadership
Torres del Paine National Park
- Journey to Torres del Paine National Park through the Pampas Patagonica.
- Laguna Azul contemplations: Reflecting on leadership, regeneration at the site where 20,000 lenga trees have been successfully restored after the 2005 fires.
- Explore Laguna Amarga, Lago Nordenskjöld, Salto Grande, and Pehoe Lake.
- Evening at Kau Rio Serrano Lodge and conversations.
Day 3 – 29th Oct: Change & Permanence
Grey Glacier Experience
- Grey Glacier catamaran journey: Witness the dance between permanence and change while navigating among icebergs.
- Free afternoon for reflection and optional guided hikes.
- Evening at Kau Rio Serrano Lodge and conversations.
Day 4 – 30th Oct: Perspective & Possibility
Cuernos & Condores
- Los Cóndores viewpoint for perspective and possibilities.
- Visit to Salto Grande and the iconic Cuernos del Paine.
- Evening at Kau Rio Serrano Lodge and conversations.
Day 5 – 31st Oct: Ancient Wisdom & Future Vision
Milodon Cave & Ranch Experience
- Morning: Explore Milodon Cave and connect with ancient human settlement wisdom (12,500 years B.P.)
- "Pingo Salvaje" ranch experience with traditional Patagonian barbecue.
- Horseback riding to La Olla formation in Sierra Señoret (1,350m altitude).
- Our final evening of insights and reflections.
Day 6 – Nov 1st: Farewells and Departure
Puerto Natales
- Farewell breakfast.
- Transfer to Puerto Natales airport and departure.
This all-inclusive investment covers the virtual sessions prior to the experience and all meals, accommodation, expert local guiding and all excursions, QuantumThink materials and facilitation by the Global Leadership Foundation team whilst in Patagonia.
Not included: International and domestic flights, travel insurance, Chilean visa, personal items, drinks and gratuities.
